BIPOC
BIPOC parents and birthing people often face unique challenges during the perinatal period, including higher rates of complications, medical racism, and difficulty accessing culturally competent care. Despite these barriers, community, tradition, and resilience remain powerful sources of support. Everyone deserves a perinatal experience where they feel heard, respected, and cared for. This page provides resources tailored to the experiences of BIPOC families, offering education, mental health support, and connections to providers who understand the importance of culturally affirming care.
